The instructions for using this kit are listed as follows: Before putting on the eye makeup, you should first make sure that your skin is dry. Then, some finishing powder could be applied so as to protect your skin and prepare for the following makeup.  After the powder is settled, you can then shake the eyeliner several times to make the liquid inside be mixed evenly. Then, to initial draw the shape of the eye line, you can gently apply the eyeliner over your eyelid several times. After this step, you should wait for a moment so as to let the liquid dries out. If you find that the position of the eye line is not ideal, you can also apply the eyeliner to correct the position. Usually, when you are correcting the position of the eye line, you need to start from the inner corner and then gradually move towards the middle and the end. As for the settling of lashes, you can just press the lashes down to set them in the correct place. But note that after the lashes are settled, don't move them back and forth fiercely.
